When more people vote, our democracy grows stronger. That’s why DJs at the Polls brings local DJs to polling sites around the country to celebrate the voting process with fun, family-friendly music.
Founded by Anton Moore in 2008 as a local Philadelphia program, DJs at the Polls is a national, non-partisan Get Out the Vote initiative that encourages more people to have their voices heard by making Election Day fun for the whole community.
DJs at the Polls is committed to making Election Day feel like a holiday.
We partner with community organizations and recruit local DJs to perform at polling sites and entertain citizens as they exercise their right to vote. And to remind everyone - whether they cast a ballot or not - that having a democracy is something to celebrate. In 2024, we’re heading to urban centers across the US. On Election Day in 2024, we hired 3000+ DJs to bring the beats to almost 6,000 polling locations across 11 states.
